An astronomical obseravtory in Uxmal, Mexico .
Now ask the qstn why they thought of and needed a 21st century design obseravtory 1800 years ago.
And this and the south american pyramids were built in the early to middle of the mexican civilisation development...not at the end when a civilisation normally peaks.
